THIS IS FRAUD AND WE ARE GOING TO TAKE OUR LEGAL RIGHTS IF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMOANY, NEXT COLLECTION, DO NOT RESO

This property is a fraud, many promises they make are lies. We booked this place mainly because of the amenities, we have three families and traveling with 8 young children, the washing machine is vital. The property fail to inform us the washer isn’t working while we were closely communicating prior to our check in. The blind on the second floor bedroom fell and injured our friend’s hand. One of the bedrooms on the top floor doesn’t even have a blind. Giving the long hour summer sunlight, people slept in that room could not sleep for 3 nights. The sink on the top floor was leaking and one of us slipped and almost got injured AGAIN! The top flower shower doesn’t has hot water. The entire experience was so awful! when we reach out the the manager, she kept delaying our request for shorten our trip. We booked for 8 nights and cost USD 17000+, and with the unbearable situation, we had to check after the third night. The property manager still kept delaying to respond us and blame all these to the house owner. One of our friend is falling sick because of lack of sleeping in the top floor without blind. They promised to come and fix the broken blind never happened. There are plenty of good property, don’t get schemed, this one doesn’t worth the money at all!!

Dirty, poor quality towels that sheds, very outdated, nothing like what they have described, dirty glassware and utensils, all spaces are smaller than the photos, poor communication and lack of integrity, the list goes on
