Apartament duży, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne naczynia, garnki i sprawne sprzęty. Dostępna pralka, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Łóżka duże i wygodne. Spar za rogiem, bardzo blisko do przystanków autobusowych i do promu. Kontakt z opiekunem obiektu bardzo dobry. Same plusy.

Fantastic location, close to the ferries, buses, good restaurants, shops and Spar supermarket. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. A heater/air con in each room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Again everything was very clean. Large Smart TV. Nice terrace in the back. The instructions on how to access the keys, etc. was clear. The building felt very safe. We met the owners on the way out. They were very friendly. All good.

Prime location with a beachfront setting and easy access to nearby ferries, including those around Sliema. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and perfect for families. Everything was well maintained, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we were fully satisfied with our experience and would definitely come back again.❤️

Dear booking Support, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a property I recently booked through booking.com apartment When I arrived at the property, I discovered significant mould inside the accommodation. This was extremely concerning, as the property was not in a condition that I would consider safe or suitable for guests to stay in. Since staying at the property, I have developed a persistent cough which I am struggling to get rid of. I am very concerned that my exposure to the mould may have contributed to these symptoms. This has caused me considerable discomfort and distress and has affected my wellbeing. I booked the property through booking.com with the expectation that it would be clean, safe and suitable for accommodation. The presence of mould is unacceptable and should have been identified and addressed by the host before the property was made available to guests. I am therefore requesting a full refund for my booking, along with appropriate compensation for the distress, inconvenience and health concerns caused by the condition of the property I have asthma was trying to call but no answer , Also sink in the bathroom was blocked. Really slow to drain . Mould was there when I checked in. Both rooms, I would like compensation It’s not acceptable Kind regards Creg smilllie
