Location
Getting the Keys. Prior to landing messages told me to go to a specific location. We had to take a taxi. Upon getting to the location, we were told that the keys could not be obtained. The taxi had left, so we had to walk to another location. We were told to open a lock box, but were given the wrong code. Upon getting into the flat, we noticed an outdoor window latch had been bent and would not close. This was definitely a safety issue! Also, the refrigerator door seal would not allow the unit to be closed unless the door was pushed tightly shut.
