The property was clean, comfortable, and situated in an excellent, prime location with all necessary amenities within walking distance. The digital self-check-in process was smooth and highly reliable. Additionally, the host, Sam, provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.
The interior decor feels somewhat dated and faded, indicating that the property would benefit from a modern refresh. Inconsistent Wi-Fi and unreliable mobile network coverage inside the property.

The property location was excellent, the host was incredibly accommodating and regularly checked on us to confirm that we were comfortable and if we needed anything.

Fantastic location
Being woken up at 7.30 by an Enforcement Officer from Westminster City Council because bills hadn’t been paid allegedly!
