Nice and clean with aircon in the main living area and main bedroom.
You had to manually operate the hot water switch which was part of the main switchboard unlabelled. The second bedroom was very hot at night and I requested a fan which was provided after some discussion. Windows and blinds had to be shut during the day to manage the temperature.
