From the moment you arrive, Pleasantly 30a sets the tone for an elevated 30A experience. Spacious living areas offer plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and unwind after days spent exploring the coast. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, the home provides a balance of privacy and shared space, making it ideal for multi-generational trips, family reunions, or group getaways. Gather around the expansive dining table that seats ten, or take the evening outdoors to enjoy al fresco dining beneath the stars, complete with a grill and inviting outdoor seating.

Guests enjoy private, deeded beach access, allowing easy trips to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, along with access to the iconic resort-style community pool just moments away. World-class dining, boutique shopping, and lively entertainment are all within close reach, placing the best of 30A right at your fingertips.



For exploring the scenic bike paths and neighboring beach communities, six adult bikes are included with your stay. The nearby tram stop offers an effortless way to reach the beach, giving you more time to relax and soak in the beauty of the Emerald Coast.

PARKING

Three parking spaces available (3 driveway). Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security.



Included are 6 bicycles (adult) for your convenience.



SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you are ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

*Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals.



AMENITY ACCESS

In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.



BEACH ACCESS

1. Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.



2. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. This beach access is one of our personal favorites and a short 10 minute bike ride away!

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.

*No parties or events.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*Capacity for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

*Home must remain pet free!



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a selfie.
