À propos de cette location de vacances
PanElios Borgo Vacanze consists of 7 cottages for residential use, with a total of sixteen flats divided into 6 Deluxe Apartaments, 2 Suite and 8 two-bedroom flats completely surrounded by greenery, from which the centre of the village can be reached on foot in less than ten minutes.
All the flats in question are structured in such a way that there are no architectural barriers and are equipped with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with the exception of two that are equipped with a single bedroom.
The cottages dominate the valley and provide a marvellous panorama in which, on the one hand, one can admire the beauty of Città della Pieve and, on the other, thanks to the large terraces, one can disperse one’s gaze towards an enchanted green landscape.
The Suite Apartment at PanElios Borgo Vacanze combines elegance, comfort, and functionality in a recently renovated setting, featuring a private entrance and no architectural barriers.
Overlooking the charming hills between Umbria and Tuscany, it is the ideal choice for those who wish to relax in a peaceful environment without giving up modern comforts.
The spacious and well-appointed interiors include a bright double bedroom and a cozy living room with a corner sofa bed and a 50” satellite TV, perfect for relaxing moments together. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, allows guests to enjoy their stay with total independence.
Bed linen, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes are all included for an extra touch of comfort.
Guests can also enjoy air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a private panoramic terrace—perfect for taking in the tranquility and colors of the surrounding landscape.
The Suite can accommodate up to 3 guests and is the perfect solution for couples or small families.
The booked accommodation type guarantees category and services; specific unit features may vary.
To make your stay even more authentic, we organize a variety of local activities and experiences, including e-bike tours, tastings, truffle hunting with lunch, and cooking classes. We also offer special agreements with nearby thermal spa facilities.
They are located close to the park and swimming pool, yet away from the more crowded areas of the Borgo Vacanze.
