We work hard to keep this home affordable and accessible so more guests can enjoy our beautiful area. As a well-loved and frequently visited home, none of the furnishings or amenities are brand new, but everything is maintained to provide a comfortable and practical stay. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to relax and explore the region, this home is a great fit. When we describe it as older or well loved or well traveled, we simply mean the property shows normal wear from years of use and many furnishings and finishes have seen better days.

Please note: The home comes with a "starter kit" of Toilet paper and paper towels. If you are in need of any additional supplies City Market is 2 miles from the home.

Great spaces for our big family vacation. Close to everything

We had a great trip here as a group of friends. The property is great with space, a hot tub, access to cottonwood creek, and great views. The host was responsive and great to work with.

The location of this place is perfect - walkable to downtown, beautiful creek and space to explore. The house had plenty of room for our kids to play and they loved the hot tub.

The location was wonderful and we really enjoyed the creek and hot tub. The kitchen was not really well stocked for six adults and five kids. They did not tell you until check in that there’s only a “ starter” amount of toilet paper and paper towels and if you need more go buy it. The grill was really dirty and didn’t work and we had some trouble contacting anyone to get help, but they did come and fix it so we cleaned it and then used it. They have fans but it was really hot upstairs till the outside temp dropped down. Games pictured in the game room were broken and not able to use, we had three members of our group get locked in the bathroom because the doorknob was broken inside the mechanism ( plastic not metal). We rented the house for seven days and it was good for our family reunion, but I would not rent it again.
