What a gem of a find! A last minute stay resulted in coming across Bertrand’s townhouse in a deluxe quarters and it was beautiful! I think it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in forever, great location, decor is really well executed and the rooms amenities were fantastic! Staff were more than helpful start to finish. We had plans for next Feb for my husbands birthday but they have now changed and we will be back for an extended stay!

The staff were brilliant and really attentive. The hotel facilities, bar and room amenities were excellent. Location is brilliant, round the corner from the British Museum and a short walk to the West End. Docked one star, as the room was a bit too small to shoe-horn a big double bed into.
