The Space:
This apartment has arguably the best location in all of Chicago. Located in the center of River North, two blocks from Michigan Ave, you're steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.

-10 blocks to Navy Pier
Everything flows around the spacious and sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering great views from the full floor window...it's perfect for entertaining.
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart 55 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The views are amazing!
Attached to the dining room, the kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.
This one of a kind loft perfectly located and comfortably sleeping 8+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. The other two bedrooms features a queen beds. All rooms have room darkening shades. Please note, while we allow 8 people to stay in this unit, there may not be 8 regular beds and allow our guests to figure out their sleeping arrangements.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
We provide parking in a highly secure garage just a couple blocks away. The garage also accepts daily and nightly parking as well.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

We spent 4 nights in Chicago at this apartment. The location was great - easy access to public transportation, groceries and easy to get to.
The place was clean and comfortable and very nice. We were very happy with the stay.

Apartment was very nice and just as described. However, I did notice a few things missed during cleaning, like a used bar of soap in the shower and surfaces had not been wiped down. I can get past that; however, it was extremely difficult to communicate with the hosts. It was like I was messaging with a bot or automatic reply system. Before my trip I specifically asked if they could hold our luggage after checkout because we were intown for a work convention. They confirmed they could. Once we arrive, I ask where we should store our luggage after checkout and they start talking about accommodating a late checkout, which I did not ask for. I sent them the screenshots of them confirming they would hold our luggage. They then apologize and say they will hold the luggage as promised and will let us know where to store it closer to checkout. They never once let me know where to store it so we had to carry our luggage around the city for 4 hours. The space was beautiful and great location, but communication was terrible.
