Welcome to this homely and well-planned holiday home in Svanesund on Orust, a perfect accommodation for families or small groups looking for peace, nature and proximity to the sea. The house is located in a peaceful environment with a generous plot and fenced garden, which makes it extra safe and pleasant for both children and pets.
The accommodation has space for up to 6 people and offers three bedrooms with comfortable beds. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The house has a bright and functional kitchen with good work surfaces and full equipment, perfect for cooking together. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining area where the whole group can gather. The living room is inviting with comfortable seating and a fireplace that provides extra coziness during cooler evenings. From the house you reach the large terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings with a view of the garden.
There is a fresh bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which makes the accommodation practical even for longer stays. Electricity is included in the rent and the house is heated with electricity and a heat pump.

Svanesund is a charming town with proximity to both the sea and nature. There are swimming areas with sandy beaches, cliffs and piers, perfect for both families with children and those who want to enjoy a salty dip. The area has nice walking trails, cycle paths and good opportunities for fishing.
You can easily get around Orust by car or ferry, where you can visit picturesque coastal communities, local farm shops, restaurants and excursion destinations. For those who want more activity, there is kayaking, hiking and boat trips in the Bohuslän archipelago. During the summer, events, markets and cafes are also offered around the island.

• A deposit of 3,000 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within a week after check-out, provided that the house has been left in an approved condition upon inspection.
• Bed linen and towels can be selected for: 200 SEK per person and 50 SEK per person. Cash payment upon arrival.
• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves, cleaning materials are provided in the house.
• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.
