The house is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of kitchenware. It is a pretty good hike to the beach. When we arrived the hot tub did not work nor did the ice maker. I was not too worried about the ice make since we could always buy some ice. But the hot tub was a big deal. We opted for this house over one much closer to the beach because it had a hot tub. I contacted the agency and told him about the hot tub. He said it may be difficult to get someone there on Sunday and Fathers Day. He said the owner said her app on the phone said it was working and was 90 degrees. It was supposed to be 100 degrees. The pool was 86 degrees. I asked again on Monday and same reply. Owner said it was working but he would try and get the pool guy over. About 3:00 PM the owner showed up and looked at it. She cycled the breaker and said her app said it was working and had already gone up 2 degrees. I also told her about the ice maker and she looked at it and said it was on and should be working. But the hot tub was not working. Still not how water coming out and thermometer read 90 degrees. The next day the pool guy came by to clean the pool and we asked him if he could look at the hot tub. He said it wasn't working and his boss would have to set the temperature on his phone. Which he did and it got hot immediately. The troubling part of it all was that for 3 days the attitude was that we were crazy and it was working. And 90 degrees was ok. It was not ok.

It was perfect! The house has so much room and nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with. Including the bikes and ping pong was a hit with my family.

Everything was just as advertised in the listing. A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Hi, We had 4 couples for a long weekend in Hilton Head-Palmetto Dunes. Every one of us thought the house was spectacular! It was not only beautiful but it had everything and I mean everything we could have asked for. It was very comfortable, very spacious and unbelievably well stocked. The view was very nice of the golf course…..it was enjoyable to watch the golfers play. The hot tub and pool were great and soooo nice to enjoy. If we could we would rate this well over 10 out of 10. It deserves soooo much more. The owner was so great. He furnished us with very helpful information and if we had a question he replied very quickly. SUPER to work with.We all want to go back and wouldn’t even consider looking elsewhere. This met our expectations and beyond. It truly was a wonderful experience staying at this house….absolutely perfect!!!!
