Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

This resort offers good value with large swimming pools, a relaxing atmosphere and grandeur. The kids club is good and the big (and partially covered) playground was our little one’s absolute favorite. There’s also a big chess board, mini golf, table tennis etc, for all ages and at night children’s and adult entertainment. The food is tasty and diverse, with selections of hot and cold buffets, and the à la carte was good too, especially Petunya. The pool and beach bars offer a large selection of drinks, all types of alcohol, milkshakes, green juice etc. The staff is on top of your every request and all public spaces are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed massages at the spa and the gym is good too

We got to switch rooms because we didn’t like our original one (not cozy, bathroom so so), and got a suite, those are definitely for the win. They should consider heating the kids pool for more spread across the pools in October

This was our 4th holiday at the Arum & we have already booked for next year. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, the rooms, food, gardens & cleanliness, but what makes every stay here so wonderful are the staff who are just amazing.

There is nothing to dislike

Pleasant staff

Very busy in August

The Property was big with plenty of bar and restaurant choices. Big pool area and staff were friendly.

We loved our stay however some areas for improvement: 1. The patisserie is very poor when comparing to the Barut Hemera, this was very disappointing. 2. Sun bed reserving should not be allowed at all, too many people where reserving and not turning up until later afternoon. Also when removing towels before 730 it may be useful to leave a note as in the last few days they were instances when people who had obviously left towels too early were turning up and shouting at guests who had gone and lay on beds which where free. This constant aggression from certain guests luckily started in our last few days due to a change in guests but was very unpleasant to watch.
