ABOUT THIS SPACE

The smart lock opens with a code we text you before arrival — no key handoffs, no waiting in the cold. Step inside and the open layout greets you: kitchen flowing into dining, opening onto a living room anchored by a real wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted smart TV. Every surface and fixture went through a full designer renovation, and guests consistently tell us it feels more like a boutique hotel than a typical condo rental.



THE LIVING ROOM — Sink into the deep leather sectional facing the fireplace, kick your ski boots off, and let the day melt away. Two plush fur-covered armchairs flank the sofa, and a hand-painted ski-couple mural sets the tone the moment you walk in. Firewood is stocked in the patio storage room right outside — light a fire, throw on a movie, and let your legs recover. Open sightlines keep whoever is cooking part of the conversation on the couch.



THE KITCHEN — Full-size stainless appliances, a dishwasher, and a real stocked pantry mean you can actually cook here, not just microwave. Sharp knives, quality cookware, and enough counter space for a full group meal. Tucked off the entryway is your own private coffee bar with a drip machine — skip the lift-line latte crowd.



THE DINING SPACE — A dedicated table seats the whole group for pre-ski breakfasts and post-ski wind-downs.



BEDROOM ONE — A true king bed with a premium mattress and hotel-quality linens. A smart TV, a real closet with hangers and shelving, and a fully renovated en-suite bathroom with modern tile and a walk-in shower mean you never share a bathroom line in the morning.

PARKING

One assigned parking space is included right on the property, plus free street parking nearby if you're traveling with a second vehicle. No permits, no daily fees, and no hunting for a spot after a long drive into the mountains. EV charging is not available on-site, so plan accordingly if you're driving an electric vehicle.



HOUSE RULES

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM — this gives our cleaning team time to reset the condo to hotel standards for the next guest. Please note this home is not suitable for children or infants, so it's best suited to adult groups and couples. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors in the building. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events. We ask that you treat the condo and the shared hot tub the way you'd want a guest to treat your own home — we've put a lot of care into this place and it shows.
