With a surface area of 145 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people in optimal comfort thanks to its spacious rooms, its bright veranda opening onto the outside and its large garden, ideal for enjoying sunny days and shared moments.
The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly hamlet, so respect for the neighbourhood and peace and quiet is essential.

- Cosy living room with sofa, armchair and wood-burning stove (wood at the guests' expense)
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker

heated veranda with large table for 10 people, overlooking the garden
- Bedroom 1 with 140×190 double bed and storage space, overlooking the garden
