Excellent location, and room was spotless loads of space as we had many bags, lovely bathroom hot water with powerful shower, good AC. Just was very nice and obliging letting us check in early and store baggage for a few hours after check out.

This place is perfect. Turn right and it’s a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Turn left and within minutes you’re in the Old Quarter but because the room is down an alley, you hear none of the street noise.
The room is spotless, shower strong, bed comfortable plus there is a new fridge and kettle in the room and a huge TV. I’m staying here again in a few months time when back in Hanoi ahead of my return flight to the UK.
