Iris and Leo were the perfect hosts. The house and our room were spotless and comfortable. Very close to downtown, but feels very private. It was a wonderful stay.

The house is exceptionally clean. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a modern en-suite bathroom.

When we arrived Iris warmly welcomed us into her home and took amazing care of us until we left. The breakfast that was cooked was exceptional. There was a good number of options and Leo and Iris will accommodate any of your requests. The house was immaculately clean. I don’t think they left a speck of dust on the floor. Iris and Leo were so kind and sweet to me and my fiance. It was my fiancés birthday and Iris went and bought her a little gift. This alone shows the kind of person that will take care of you. I would recommend this B&B to anyone coming to Niagara on the lake.
