Great unit. It's in an older building but it's been recently renovated. Very spacious. Good lift for 4th floor apartment which is great for luggage. Nice location, right near olympic stadum; tram stops into the city are a very short stroll away. Lovely outlook in apartment building with inner courtyard. Helsinki is expensive - this was ok price-wise in context but certainly not cheap. We had lovely weather but the closeness to tram stop will be even better when raining/ cold.
