Entry was convenient, apartment was clean and all the things were well maintained
Parking. Had to turn many times to reach the parking level. But parking space was big and near to lift.

The fast response when I couldnt us the remote control. There is no indication that for the door access, we do not need the access card. Just need to touch keypad to see the numbers.
The parking up the ramp is narrow and have to park at specific lots, if the lot is alloted on the 4th floor, had to go up and a round 8 times to get to lot.
There is only one access card for the lift. A lot of co ordination if you have a big group.
The remote controllers in the room air con and fan do not work. Batteries were leaking and had to reuqest for batteries.
Limited hooks in the bathroom, perhaps one on the toilet/bathroom door will be good.
Many units are still vacant so there are ground sheets on my level.
