Xi'an Bell Tower Manxin Hotel

When we arrived the staff were very helpful and professional. At first there was a slight communication problem but the staff were very patient and we managed to communicate well enough. They do have staff that speak English well enough. Our room was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities we needed. the bed was comfortable enough, though we do like a super soft bed. The breakfasts were fantastic with plenty of options. Our hotel was a 5 minute walk to the bell town, start of the Moslem quarter and restaurants and eateries. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would return here again. Shout out to the staff who were very kind and considerate. Glen

Although the staff doesn’t speak English they do their best to help. Special thanks to Zhang Lei at the reception desk for going beyond his duty to help mail a postcard for us after hours.

The automatic curtains needed a tug to start the motor working.

Персонал но не весь .09.09.26 мы заселялись в хотель на смене была девушка и 2 молодых челрвек !!!Девушка была груба обслуживала с таким лицом таким одолженным отвращением было очень не приятно .пойзже на вопросы какие то где как что находиться незнаю .Сложилась очень не приятная ситуация!А так персонал кроме этой особы шикаренн и вежлив!!
