"WARNING , BEWARE"

Nothing uncomfortable. There was bugs and filth everywhere. Im not even being dramatic. The only reason I didn't get a full refund is I ran home and I didn't have enough service to upload the photo evidence. I ran out so fast. I left my paperwork and the only remaining photos I had of my family. I lost half our clothes there. My best grandmother's blanket . The sofa was so small my disabled daughter couldn't even fit on it to sleep because I wouldn't let her sleep with the bugs in the bed. Im telling you do not pay money to stay at this place. Ive never written a bad review in my life. It was just uncalled for the amount of filth in this apartment. I wished I would have submitted the photos before I got all the way back home to pedro ohio. Im.not kidding ppl. Its awful. If you find away to contact me directly I'd be more than happy to show you what I'm talking about. I recently had a wifi box installed at my home for this reason only.

Everything. ... its awful. Im not kidding dirty socks in the futon. Food on the floor , bugs under the kitchen sink , roaches crawling across the floor when you sat on the toilet. Gooey paint nastiness and hair stuck to the bathtub. I couldn't bath my daughter there. The amount of food and debris in the floor in the kitchen and under the futon was a result of pure laziness. There was mold all over the shower curtain. Im not kidding. Im not lying. If you can afford another place than please do so. Do not take children , disabled or elderly persons here. You won't be able to provide care for them at this apt. Im warning you because no one warned me. And im not apologizing for the bad review. They wasn't kind enough not to rent me a filthy apartment knowing I had my disabled adult child with me or to return my money eventho they knew the state of the property. Im not going to be kind enough to apologize for the bad review. I wouldn't keep your dog let alone mine in this apt. The place is nasty. Cheap doesn't equal better so remember that. Im.going to be fair the bedroom wasn't super small the sheets was nasty the check in was easy but wished I hadn't checked in there at all

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a cute neighborhood and close to everything. The apartment was nice and had everything

Loved the location to Downtown and Rotary park.

It could use better seating in the living area. But, it’s okay.

It served its purpose I needed a place to lay my head and go to the bathroom.

Close to town on a quiet street with parking. Host was quick to answer questions It was what I wanted. No frills or thrills.

They did not automatically provide towels and washcloths. A few things could have been cleaned more thoroughly. But I wasn’t going to go through with a white glove because that is not what I was looking for.
