The owner is very approachable and accommodating. She arranged everything I requested like pool passes, rice cooker, steamer and hair dryer. The unit had everything I needed. There’s also a mall right below the building (fame mall), which has grocery store (savemore), alfamart, milktea and food stalls. Very convenient.

Well-maintained. It's clean and smells fresh. I like that they have free mineral water and coffee. They have clean towels too. You literally just have to bring yourself in to stay.
