Exceptional Hospitality and Great Location! Having spent over 5 years in the hospitality industry within the Housekeeping department, I naturally pay close attention to service standards, and I was truly impressed by my stay here. The overall friendliness of the team, combined with the property's convenient distance from famous beaches, made our trip wonderful. It is always heartwarming to see staff smiling and genuinely making sure guests receive the quality experience they paid for. Coming from the hotel industry myself, it felt great to be in such a warm and well-managed environment. A special shoutout to the following team members for their outstanding professionalism and support: - Komal (Front Office): Exceptional efficiency and welcoming demeanor. - Jasmin (Housekeeping) - Biswajit and Ganapath (F&B): Excellent breakfast service. - Gitkar (Security): Extremely helpful, even assisting us in arranging a scooty for local transport. Everything was value for money.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast—it was superb! I truly appreciated the excellent quality, variety, and taste of the food. Everything was fresh, delicious, and very well prepared. It was a wonderful breakfast experience and really added to the overall stay.

However, I was quite disappointed during check-in as I was travelling with my small pet cat, and the hotel did not allow pets. Unfortunately, there was no alternative arrangement or provision for guests travelling with pets, which resulted in a long wait at the reception and an unpleasant check-in experience. I understand that the hotel may have a no-pets policy, but it would be really helpful if the management could provide information about nearby pet-friendly accommodations, pet boarding facilities, or contacts for pet care.

For our room tariff- buffet breakfast is good.
