Location, Room Environment, Day time staffs, receptionists, technicians were very friendly, polite.
Night shift receptionists were rude, not answered properly for the queries. Also, the day 16th Oct early morning 6 am when I checked in , the receptionists were rude and not answered my queries properly.
I asked maid to bring 2 cups of tea. She charged 97 rupees which is really unfair.
