The people at the hotel were genuinely kind and thoughtful. They sent me messages beforehand explaining how to reach the hotel. They also responded to all my queries on visiting temples and other sites. The room was clean and had all the amenities mentioned on the website. Do stay here if it suits your budget and needs. They are at an excellent location, and it's very rare to find such well-mannered people nowadays!

Being deep inside, Bengali Tola, the property is exceptionally clean. Special appreciation goes to ADITYA and GOPAL. They are exceptionally courteous, supportive and helpful. Gopal took me everywhere on his motorcycle with a smile. And I know it is very difficult to ride a motorcycle in the crowd around that area. ADITYA, the manager has been exceptionally supportive and never pressured me for any payment. Overall, I’m definitely going back to stay in this place on my return to Varanasi.
Property is excellent. I just did not like the narrow alleys in Bangali Tola.
