The interior, the facilities in the room, supportive staffs and location.
Ventilation was not there, no window as the room was in the middle
8 / 10Excellent·avr. 2026
Location was great. The room itself was good - clean and comfortable.
The staff was not friendly nor attentive at all. At least 3 times I walked in an the worker was sitting in a chair with his back to the door, not once ever even greeting or looking to see who is coming in. I could have brought in 3-4 visitors and never would have been seen.
Also, I wrote earlier about a little earlier check-in and when I arrived, he said he could not do, even though my response said early arrival was approved. He said, "That is Booking.com giving approval not us." I said, "NO, messages are from the hotel and not Booking.com." He stopped arguing after that but was not friendly at all.
