Guest Policy
• Please note there is an external security camera outside the home for your safety.
• Please enter the correct number of guests when booking.
• Children count as guests.
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including infants/children) with sleeping occupancy for 8.
• Any guests over 8 will result in a $100 dollar fee per a guest/per night.
•No smoking, pets, events or parties allowed.
•Any broken rules or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fee.
A starter supply of basic amenities is provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish items as needed.

Early check-in and/or late check-out must be approved in advance and may be associated with additional fees. Our cleaning team works on a tight schedule to prepare the home for incoming guests.

On rare occasions, our cleaning team may still be finishing up at check-in time. Please feel free to enter as scheduled and allow them a few moments to complete final touches. We appreciate your patience.

We have stayed in several places in Longview, but this has been the best by a significant margin. We’ll be booking here again. We enjoyed the split bedroom layout, well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable sectional in the living room. No complaints.

Beautiful home, like new. Neighborhood is very quiet and good location! Home provided all essentials for bath, laundry and cooking. Host kept in contact during trip to provide assistances…. But we did not need any. DJT

We are grateful for this property and host. It was perfect for our need while in Longview for a 3 day conference. Great accommodations and every amenity hoped for.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout our visit. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after long days out. Everything was well kept and exactly as described. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this stay to others!
