This bright, open space offers comfort and convenience with a private entrance and one parking spot included with brand new kitchen and appliances and furniture. This sunlit apartment has abundance of natural lighting streaming through the many large windows. It has a fully equipped kitchen – can fit up to 4 guests ( Ideally 2 Adults - 2 Kids under 12).
- 65-inch Samsung TV with IPTV Smarter membership for enjoying Live TV, shows and movies.
A full laundry room with a washer and dryer, a designated parking space for one car, and free Wi-Fi access.

Host was friendly and very good at communicating and proving check in details promptly. Apartment was very tidy and cozy. Worked great for family of 3 with small child.

The description is deceiving, because its basement even though it has separate entrance. The AC was so noisy at night because it was right outside the main bedroom. The second bedroom is a sofa bed which has so many crumbs, not clean and bed spread has smells. The wifi was terrible, can’t watch the World Cup at night. Also, because it was in the basement, there was cobwebs in the corner of the room and no drapes for any of the windows or entrance door.I recommend separate zone for AC & heat if, they plan on renting out & perhaps, move the AC unit somewhere else.
