Nice apartment in the center of Roses, 300m from the beach and close to all shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, butchers ...), on the third and top floor with elevator capacity from 1 to 4 people.

* Dining room with Italian sofa bed of 140 cm (recently renovated), TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and Air conditioning.

* Bathroom with large shower.
* Beautiful south facing terrace with views of the mountain and a park.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers.
