Welcome to our vacation rental—here are the highlights you can look forward to

1. Ocean view & balcony: Enjoy your morning coffee with a direct view of the North Sea! From the balcony, you can breathe in the fresh sea air, watch the ships go by, and start your day in a relaxed way. The proximity to the water makes every stay especially relaxing.

2. Two bedrooms: ideal for families or friends. Our vacation rental offers two separate bedrooms, providing plenty of space for families, couples, or friends. Here, you’ll have plenty of private spaces to make you feel right at home, even while on vacation.

3. Swimming pool & sauna right in the building. Take the elevator for easy access to the sauna and swimming pool, which you can use for free. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or as a highlight on cooler days. Wellness right outside your apartment door.

4. Central location near the sea. The apartment is located just about 400 m from the sea. Bakeries, restaurants, a newsstand, and a mini-golf course are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The popular Watt’n Bad (500 m) is also a quick and easy walk.

5. Perfect for a vacation with your dog. Dogs are very welcome here. The location is ideal for walks along the dike, through the coastal landscape, or to the nearby beach areas—perfect for active days with your four-legged friend.

6. Comfort & amenities for relaxing days. The modern apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a private parking spot at the house, a secure bike storage room, and convenient self-check-in for maximum flexibility.

The guest card (local tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be billed separately.
High season (May 1–Sept. 15)
• Adults: €3.40 per day
• Children ages 3 and up: €2.00 per day

Off-season (September 16–April 30)
• Adults: €2.00 per day
• Children ages 3 and up: €1.50 per day

So that we can issue your guest cards upon your arrival, we need the following information in advance:
• Address
• First and last names of all traveling guests
• Dates of birth for all traveling companions

Bedding and towels are not included.
You can either book a linens package for 15 € per person or bring your own sheets and towels.

The swimming pool is closed from January 6 to February 17,
and the sauna is closed from January 6 to January 20. The Watt’n Bad, which is within walking distance, is open during this time as a nice alternative.
