Property is an older property that does need some bathroom upgrades. Overall was clean. Beds are very soft and need to be updated.

Property was located in a very quiet, peaceful, safe, suburban neighborhood. Everything you'd need for a visit was a quick drive away. A bridge to the beaches of Pinellas was only minutes away. The house was spotless. Clean, clean, clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the spacious, split plan layout and screened porch.

The place was really nice, as described. The back bedroom was a bit drafty, uncomfortable with the cold spell. Good location, easily accessible. Would rent again
