Rare in its kind, this property offers convenient access directly from the main road with no stairs – perfect for families with children, elderly guests, or anyone seeking comfort and accessibility.
This cozy two-level house features, on the upper floor, two elegant bedrooms — one double with a private sea-view terrace and one twin — as well as two full bathrooms: one upstairs with a hydromassage tub, and one on the ground floor with a comfortable shower and a romantic little window overlooking the sea, so you can enjoy the view even while relaxing under the water.
On the ground floor, the living room with sofas and armchairs includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a large panoramic window offering a spectacular view of Positano, Li Galli, Capri, and the Mediterranean.
The fully equipped kitchen, also on the ground floor, includes a dishwasher and opens into a spacious dining area. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi in every room, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine — ideal for longer stays.
The furnished terrace of the master bedroom is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a sunset aperitif, immersed in the beauty of the coast.
Just a few steps from local restaurants, shops, and scenic viewpoints, the house is perfectly located for exploring Praiano, Positano, Amalfi, or for taking excursions to Capri or Ravello.
For parking, public spaces are available nearby, or a private parking spot can be reserved for a fee. Upon request, we can also arrange private transfers for a stress-free arrival.

This is a well appointed apartment. Living room, kitchen and bath on the ground floor and two lovely bedrooms on the second floor. It is not disability assessable if you can't manage the stairs. The location is in Praiano a small fishing village between Positano and Amalfi. Both are easily reached by SITA bus a few steps from the front door. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for comfort. The kitchen is large and has all that is required to self cook meals. There is grocery shopping within walking distance. The view is amazing and the patio has a covered awning for sitting outside relaxing. Overall it's an amazingly comfortable apartment. The bedrooms were comfortable. There is some street noise to deal with but nothing that kept me awake. Only one bedroom has a sea view. There is a double room and the other has two twins that I'm sure could make a double upon request. There is a sofa bed in the living room also. We did not use it. A word about the checking in and communications. Both were outstanding. The host met us as we arrived and directed us to the apartment. He secured parking for us so we did not have to leave our car on the street. Should you not want to cook there are several restaurants within an easy walk. Just go ahead and book this apartment with 100% confidence. We will visit again. My only concern is once the word is out on this relatively new rental booking will be difficult. We loved our stay! Having come from 7 days in Sardinia, spending 3 days in Praiano was a highlight. The house is centrally located, clean, and comfortable. We loved it so much we spent our last full day of our trip lounging on the upper balcony watching the boats pass by. When we return in the future, we will definitely stay here. Plus, Luca who received us, was very helpful setting up dinner reservations and scheduling our taxi to Amalfi to catch the ferry to Salerno. Thank you so much, we'll be back.

Absolutely stunning home in Praiano, would stay here 1 million more times, Gianfranco, Enzo, and Roberta were amazing people to deal with, in a great area close to beach and restaurants and shops! Stayed with my family of 5 and there was so much room, very clean, very comfortable, and an insane view of the coast with a huge balcony, highly recommend this place to anyone staying Praiano!
