Located between Simssee and Rosenheim, you can quickly get to the lake for a swim or into town for shopping and dining. Day trips to the mountains or to Lake Chiemsee are also easy to arrange.
The apartment has been recently renovated, is modernly furnished, and features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) as well as a pull-out couch (140x200 cm). Perfect for unwinding after an active day in nature or in the city. It’s also ideal for a visit to the Rosenheim Autumn Festival.
Ideally located between Rosenheim and Simssee. Access to public transportation via bus (stop 50 meters away).
Children are welcome. They can use the playground equipment in the garden. We have a 5-year-old daughter ourselves.

In winter, our apartment is an ideal starting point for skiers: Sudelfeld, Zahmer Kaiser, and Kampenwand are just 30 to 50 minutes away. Perfect for relaxing days in the snow away from the crowds. Parking is right outside the door—and the warm bathtub is already waiting for you.
