The grounds cover 4 fenced acres and are extremely quiet. Still, only a few minutes drive to Pedernales State Falls Park, local wineries and distilleries, and located equidistance between Dripping Springs and Johnson City.

The home is very accommodating! It’s extremely spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We love the location. We love the space love the backyard. It was just a wonderful stay.
