De lokatie is dicht bij centrum, ideaal. Echter rondom appartement is het erg vervallen en rommelig. Hangen s’avonds/s’nachts zwervers en junks rond

Zentrale Lage, Nähe Hop on Hop off Station, Nähe Metro. Wohnung sauber, modern. Für die Lage preiswert.

Heruntergekommene Seitenstraße - in der Nacht etwas unheimlich. Sehr langsames, unzuverlässiges WiFi. Man muss laut Aufklebern die Koffer in Kästen lagern - dazu viel zu wenig nicht schon versperrte Kästen vorhanden. Wohnung roch müffelig, das merkte man aber nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr.

The apartment is super clean, the instructions are super clear and it has a recently renovated bathroom as it seems. There are 5 beds and air conditioner in all the rooms. The price is good and it is only 4 stations from the Acropolis metro station.

The area is not very nice. Surprisingly, a 5 star hotel stands just nearby, however, I wouldn't walk around there late in the evening. Only one room has windows, and it is on the street side. The view is horrible (kind of an abandoned parking building, or maybe it will be renovated at some point), and it is noisy. The kitchen has a small aeration window towards some central space. No view. The apartment has a bare minimum of tableware, (I'm not even sure of for example there would be 5 cups), no kitchen towels, not paper ones, not tissue ones, WC paper - a half roll was there. At night the ceilings lamps cannot be switched off entirely, a little light is on - this would be appreciated by small children. The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. It has a 90 degree angle curve for the back. And the last surprise was the request to visit the apartment the next day after our arrival to check something related to Internet. I had to assure them that the Internet is working perfectly fine, however this gave a weird impression...
