Sedra Al Alami Jeddah Hotel Apartments

this was my 1st visit to Jeddah, just for 2 nights, to explore for future trips, solar eclipse august 2027 coming up, testing the "tourist visa on arrival" : perfect ! ... and dirt cheap flights from MXP to JED on WizzAir ... and more trips to plan . Was VERY pleased by this hotel... HUGE "standard" room, more like a suite with full kitchen... I could live all year in such comfort ;-) And the great surprise : I stayed only 2 nights in Jeddah and by pure coincidence there was a concert with Amr Diab right then so I went to the Amr Diab concert, OMG !!!! How awesome experience ! Looking forward to when the new Opera House will open, in september 2027 I think ?

the only thing that was a slighly annoying surprise is that when you ask for a taxi you are supposed to use UBER but I did not want to download UBER app and use it... they would not call a taxi, they asked me to use UBER... I guess everybody in Jeddah uses Uber ? ya well, maybe next time I will UBER .. but meanwhile we simply hailed a taxi along the road in front of the hotel and then I kept his name and phone number and used him several times again also for visiting a client and the constructions site of Jeddah Tower , wow ! Next time I will probably have a rental car , or call my taxi directly ... ignore this :-( comment, this is not a :-( comment , it is part of discovery so goes into :-) .

مريح وهادىء ونظيف

المكان جميل ورائع، وأحرص على الإقامة لديكم باستمرار، فقد سبق لي السكن في الفندق عدة مرات وفي غرف مختلفة. لكن توجد مشكلة متكررة أواجهها في كل مرة، وهي عدم إمكانية ضبط درجة حرارة مياه الاستحمام؛ إذ تكون المياه إما حارة جدًا أو باردة جدًا، دون وجود خيار لدرجة حرارة معتدلة ومناسبة. نأمل منكم معالجة هذه المشكلة بشكل جذري، لما لها من تأثير على راحة النزلاء وتجربتهم أثناء الإقامة. شاكرين لكم حسن تعاونكم، ومتطلعين إلى تحسين هذه الخدمة والمحافظة على مستوى الفندق المميز

الاستقبال متعب في الخدمة ولا يوجد اي تعاون . تحس إنهم يصرفونك . - إزعاج غير طبيعي . احتاج أنام كل شوي اتصال تحتاج شيء وكيف الخدمة . الساعة 8 صباحا متصلين علينا كيف الخدمة 😳 بلغت الاستقبال بعدم الاتصال وبعد ساعتين ارسل لي العامل يطرق الباب يقول اتصل على الاستقبال . شيء مؤسف
