We loved the location - Belgrade waterfront is the perfect place to stay when you visit Belgrade - an amazing new neighbourhood with great infrastructure.

Although the apartment was new and well furnished and decorated, it was unfortunately not very clean. The bedroom and the living room were ok, but the bathroom was quite dirty (luckily, there were some detergents, so I cleaned at least the sink, toilet and shower floor myself), the balcony was also very dusty and obviously not cleaned for quite a long time. The bed linen looked quite old and the ones that were left in the wardrobe to use on the couch (as we were with our kids, who were sleeping there) had a bad smell of damp - they were probably left in the washing machine for a long time before drying and they were not even folded but put in the wardrobe just like they went out of the dryer - like a big mess. If the owner puts some more effort in providing better cleanliness the apartment will be a good place to stay.
