The facilities of the room and clean

Great location
The room I stayed in had multiple cockroaches, mould all in the bathroom. Toilet seat off the hinge. Visible dust near the bed. Had some issues with the hot water in the bathroom messaged host and didn’t reply until 10pm the next day when we were checking out. Poor communication and the room was dirty unfortunately.
