Saijia Garden Hotel is excellent. It is in the center of the ancient town, with convenient transportation and complete nearby facilities, making eating, drinking, and entertainment especially convenient! The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, and very friendly! The rooms are clean and tidy, with fully equipped smart facilities. The freshly ground coffee in the morning is especially delicious, and the Chinese breakfast is made by the hotel itself and is very tasty!

We had a very satisfying stay. Saijia Garden Hotel is in the center of Dali Ancient Town, with an excellent location and beautiful surroundings. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Cangshan Mountain. Transportation is convenient—step outside and you are already in the ancient town, and attractions such as Cangshan and Erhai Lake are not far away. There are many local restaurants nearby, as well as two excellent Western restaurants: American Xiaoguan and Fly to the Moon. There are also many trendy bars and cafes. The room facilities are excellent, including a smart toilet and a thermostatic showerhead. The room is clean with no unpleasant odors, and the disposable amenities are high-end brands. The service is warm and thoughtful. For three consecutive nights, the hotel offers free station pickup or drop-off (choose one); for four consecutive nights, it offers free airport pickup or drop-off (choose one). The Chinese breakfast is delicious, and there is also freshly ground coffee and milk. If you would like Western breakfast items such as bread, you can tell the hotel in advance and they will prepare them for you. This hotel offers great value for money and is the first choice when coming to Dali!

From booking confirmation to check-out, communication with the host was exceptionally smooth and friendly. The room was stocked with thoughtful items like multi-port chargers, sleep masks, and local snacks. This meticulous level of service made even a short stay filled with warm memories.
