The people went out of their way to assist us in checking and extending our stay as we had arrived late due to flooding issues affecting the trains. It is a magnificent hotel!!
Nothing! It was more than perfect!

Wow! My husband and I had a wonderful time at Gran Hotel Claridge in Granada! Brand new since May, this five star hotel delivered! The staff-above and beyond! The room decor and cleanliness-outstanding! The location right beside the Granada Cathedral and in the heart of historic Granada-perfect! Rooftop breakfast and pool with cathedral view-fabulous! I’ve already recommended this hotel to a friend coming to Granada this month. Highly recommend this hotel!!
Special thanks to Helena, Felipe, Pablo and Lorenzo!

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Our concierge, Lorenzo was fantastic, he helped us get entry to the Alhambra. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant with the view of the cathedral.
We enjoyed the water circuit in the spa, however, the floor in there was so slippery that it felt quite dangerous. Also, daily water bottle replacement would have been nice.
