The location is great, there are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the city centre is within walking distance. The flat is big enough and has everything you need to make breakfast before starting your day. There's no air conditioning, but the ceiling fan is more than enough for the night (it can even make you feel too cool :D), and I prefer it to AC anyway.
A quick hoover might be a good idea between guests.

Good location, very clean, spacious
A bit hot on the third floor in July but Marie provided a fan very promptly
