The Space
This bright and cozy 130-square-meter villa is an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxing and private vacation, thanks its 210-square-meter terraced garden, which is for the exclusive use of the residents. It is laid out over two levels: on the mezzanine level, the property features 1 large double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with a balcony, 1 single bedroom, and 1 bathroom. On the lower level, there is 1 large open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 storage room, and 1 spacious double bedroom that opens onto a unique terrace with a pergola equipped for outdoor dining. Every room in the villa is so well laid out and harmonious in its use of space that it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, and it is equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV, a hair dryer, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and mosquito screens. Pets are allowed. The property also has three private parking spaces.
Guest Access
The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy their stay with complete privacy.
Other things to keep in mind
A designated receptionist will handle check-in (from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and check-out (from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM). An additional fee of 50 euros is required for late arrivals, provided prior notice is given (from 8:00 PM to midnight).
Bath and bed linens are not included in the price. If requested, the cost is 15 euros per person per week, to be paid directly on site and must be requested one week prior to arrival.
