Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time
Suntide III appreciates your understanding and patience as these important repairs are completed

Management needs improvement. I was dealing with 2 entities, vrbo and evolve. Very confusing and frustrating. I made the reservations for our family. I was showing up a day later than the rest of family. I let someone know my family was checking in earlier and got confirmation it was all arranged. Family got there, desk was unaware and my family had to wait an hour to get in. It was later, 9 pm, too. Condolences was nice. Beach chairs need to be thrown away. They're broken and rusted.
