8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The cabin was clean and quiet. Some maintenance items needed to be addressed...Light bulbs missing or not working. Raised linoleum in a bedroom, (tripping hazard) . Pots and pans and utensils were old and worn. One bed was way too old and soft.

Cabin Butler is amazing and we have stayed with them as a property manager multiple times. They are great to work with. This cabin is in much need of repairs. It was definitely pet friendly.

We stayed for a long weekend over Fourth of July. We enjoyed the simplicity of the cabin, the quiet area, though very close to local markets and dining. The large outdoor porch was a great place to spend time together. Our host Kevin, was responsive to any requests we needed and checked on us and was very kind. We would definitely book this cabin again next time we’re in Pinetop/Lakeside.
