The apartment is clean smells good, situated close to restaurants, walking distance to most places.
The entrance to the property is a bit creepy, right outside the property is not clean, it could do with a revamp. During our stay it was extremely warm, you provide most of the appliance, we really needed a fan to cool the place down.

The location was ideal. The accommodation was warm and very clean. It was very light and the kitchen was adequately stocked.
The bedding was very clean and fresh.
It is a delightful modern apartment and Penzance was a great town to explore with a surprising number of independent shops.
These are a few suggestions and not complaints.
A shelf in the bathroom would be useful. Also a casserole dish or similar for the oven and a pair of kitchen scissors .
A mirror in the twin bedroom would also be welcome.

Really nicely converted and ideal location. The toilet seat was a bit loose and one of the stools made embarrassing noises but otherwise it was all A1.
