Hotel was exceptional! Clean, and very modern. Location was great as well
Major language barrier at reception, unable to process Visa card payment for our stay. I had to go back 3 seperate times and contact booking.com before they were able to complete it. Not ideal when we already had a very short stay in Beijing.

We’ll maintained room with good amenities
The breakfast was not international. It needed more variety for tourists and especially vegetarian tourists

The staff were really helpful but didn't speak any English. I understand it's Beijing, but I probably needed a more tourist hotel that accomodated for English a little.
The location. It was in the middle of nowewhere, and so you had to get a taxi to do anything. No food or shops around at all.
