The facility is well maintained and has modern amenities despite being an old building. The host was very polite and helpful. The bus station is right in front of the facility. A functional supermarket is within a 2-minute walk of the facility. A restaurant is right opposite the facility.
It is on the outskirts of Rome. If you don't mind staying away from the centre, then you have nothing to worry about.
