Responsiveness of the owner
Could have provided more shower gels in every bathroom

Location very convenient, check in easy with key safe
Very little info re property, a welcome pack re recycling & WiFi would have been handy. Also a plug and/or washing up bowl would have been useful and there really weren’t enough towels , one guest had to shower using a hand towel!
Some outside furniture would also have been good.

I riscaldamenti funzionano molto bene.
