Nice quiet location with plenty of places to get food nearby. Extra bonus in having a downstairs loo. Good dining table and plenty of room. Large fridge freezer.
The quilts and sheets were winter weight despite it being June. There was also a heat wave but I just took the quilt cover off the quilt and used that so not really a problem.
