Very well located clean and has everything needed. Just looking a little old.

Good location, pretty new facilities
A bit noisy outside during my stays. There was some construction work being done on the road.

The space of the room and the proximity to locations we desired
The aircon didn't seem to be functioning too well. Some things, especially the bathroom where a rather worn and the lock to the lounge room from the bathroom didn't work. While the vanity leaks constantly leaving a large puddle and wood rot underneath.
